Pets and Vets was launched in 2011 as a service providing emotional support animals to U.S. military heroes. ARF's flagship program now provides a variety of services, including transforming rescue dogs into trained service animals for veterans with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, anxiety, severe depression, and more.
Our veteran-canine teams complete service training curriculum together in small, veteran-only classes.
